How to pay

1. Contact our sales team first to confirm:
• The exact amount to pay
• Sample specifications, or the balance amount due
• Delivery terms (for sample orders)

2. On this page, set QUANTITY equal to the USD amount due.
Unit price is $1.00 — so Quantity 85 = $85.00.

3. At checkout, fill in Order Notes with:
• Company name
• Contact person & email
• Quote / PO / inquiry reference
• Product name, material, dimensions, or other relevant details

4. Complete payment by credit card, debit card, or PayPal.

Minimum payment: USD $20.

About sample orders & shipping

This listing is an online payment service — not a standard e-commerce product with automatic shipment.

For sample fees: after we confirm your payment and order details, your sample will be produced and delivered according to the specifications, timeline, and shipping terms agreed with our sales team in advance.

For balance payments: this payment settles the agreed price difference only. No additional goods are tied to this transaction unless previously agreed in writing.

Important terms

• Do NOT place an order without prior confirmation from our sales team.
• Orders without a valid Quote/PO reference in Order Notes may be cancelled and refunded.
• If we cannot match your payment to an active inquiry or approved quote, we will contact you by email. If we receive no response within 2 business days, the order may be refunded.
• All payments are processed securely via PayPal. Credit and debit cards are accepted — a PayPal account is not required.

What happens after payment

• You will receive an order confirmation email.
• Our team will verify your payment against your inquiry or quote within 1–2 business days.
• For sample orders: production will begin per the agreed schedule.
• For balance payments: your account or order will be updated accordingly.
