(2024) elucidam os mecanismos que ocorrem quando cadinhos de MgO entram em contacto com superligas fundidas \u00e0 base de n\u00edquel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:22px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-reaction-processes\"><strong>Processos de rea\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fus\u00e3o de Ni puro: o cadinho de MgO apresenta predominantemente boa molhabilidade, com rea\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00ednima;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fus\u00e3o de ligas \u00e0 base de Ni: o MgO dissolve-se e decomp\u00f5e-se, libertando oxig\u00e9nio que reage com o Al da liga para formar Al\u2082O\u2083;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>O Al\u2082O\u2083 formado reage posteriormente com a matriz de MgO, formando uma camada de espinela MgAl\u2082O\u2084 com cerca de 80 \u03bcm de espessura.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-layer-characteristics\"><strong>Caracter\u00edsticas das camadas<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A superf\u00edcie interna do cadinho desenvolve uma estrutura de dupla camada: substrato residual de MgO e camada externa de Al\u2082O\u2083\/MgAl\u2082O\u2084;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>As an\u00e1lises SEM e XRD confirmam a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de espinela e revelam camadas de esc\u00f3ria que flutuam no fundido, podendo tornar-se inclus\u00f5es.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-\"><strong> <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:16px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-advantages\"><strong>Vantagens \/ controlo do processo<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Redu\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00e1xima da porosidade do cadinho para inibir a infiltra\u00e7\u00e3o do metal fundido;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Redu\u00e7\u00e3o do teor de Al no fundido e manuten\u00e7\u00e3o da temperatura \u22641.550 \u00b0C para limitar a cin\u00e9tica de rea\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-\"><strong> <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:16px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Resultados de valida\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com cadinhos padr\u00e3o, o design da Weiert Ceramics reduziu a espessura da camada de rea\u00e7\u00e3o em cerca de 45 % e diminuiu o teor de inclus\u00f5es de esc\u00f3ria flutuante em aproximadamente 50 %.
