{"id":6427,"date":"2025-02-28T15:08:00","date_gmt":"2025-02-28T07:08:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/weierte.jyjl.cn\/?p=6427"},"modified":"2026-01-21T16:22:13","modified_gmt":"2026-01-21T08:22:13","slug":"boron-nitride-ring","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/weiert-ceramics.com\/nl\/products\/cnc-machining-ceramic-structural-components\/boron-nitride-components-bn\/boron-nitride-ring\/","title":{"rendered":"Boornitride isolator (BN)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Conventionele oxidekeramische isolatoren, zoals alumina en zirkonia, behouden hun elektrische isolatie en mechanische sterkte tot circa 1 500 \u00b0C, maar vertonen vaak falen bij temperaturen boven de 2 000 \u00b0C als gevolg van fasetransformaties.\n\nDaarentegen biedt hexagonaal boornitride (hBN), met zijn gelaagde kristalstructuur, uitstekende thermische stabiliteit en blijft het zijn isolerende eigenschappen behouden in extreme thermische omstandigheden, wat het tot het voorkeursmateriaal maakt voor toepassingen bij zeer hoge temperaturen.\n\nVoor een betrouwbare werking onder dergelijke omstandigheden is het essentieel dat industrieel hBN een zeer hoge zuiverheid en een laag booroxidegehalte heeft.
