(2024) chiariscono i meccanismi che si verificano quando i crogioli in MgO entrano in contatto con superleghe a base di nichel allo stato fuso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:22px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-reaction-processes\"><strong>Processi di reazione<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fusione di Ni puro: il crogiolo in MgO mostra principalmente una buona bagnabilit\u00e0, con reazioni minime;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fusione di leghe a base di Ni: il MgO si dissolve e si decompone rilasciando ossigeno, che reagisce con l\u2019Al della lega formando Al\u2082O\u2083;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u2019Al\u2082O\u2083 formatosi reagisce ulteriormente con la matrice di MgO, formando uno strato di spinello MgAl\u2082O\u2084 di circa 80 \u03bcm di spessore.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-layer-characteristics\"><strong>Caratteristiche degli strati<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La superficie interna del crogiolo sviluppa una struttura a doppio strato: substrato di MgO residuo e strato esterno Al\u2082O\u2083\/MgAl\u2082O\u2084;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le analisi SEM e XRD confermano la formazione dello spinello e mostrano strati di scoria che possono galleggiare nel fuso e diventare inclusioni.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-\"><strong> <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:16px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-advantages\"><strong>Vantaggi \/ controllo di processo<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Riduzione della porosit\u00e0 del crogiolo per limitare l\u2019infiltrazione del metallo fuso;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Riduzione del contenuto di Al nel bagno fuso e mantenimento della temperatura \u22641.550 \u00b0C per limitare la cinetica di reazione.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-\"><strong> <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:16px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Risultati di validazione<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rispetto ai crogioli standard, il design di Weiert Ceramics ha ridotto lo spessore dello strato di reazione di circa il 45 % e diminuito il contenuto di inclusioni di scoria flottante di circa il 50 %. L\u2019osservazione microscopica ha evidenziato una superficie del fuso significativamente pi\u00f9 pulita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:16px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-summary\"><strong>Sintesi<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>La reazione interfaciale tra i crogioli in MgO e le superleghe a base di nichel rappresenta un fenomeno a doppio effetto: pu\u00f2 stabilizzare la parete del crogiolo ma anche contaminare la lega.
