WEIERT can produce alumina ceramic boards with lengths of up to 3000 mm and thicknesses greater than 0.2 mm, featuring a higher density of ≥3.925 g/cm³. Our ceramic plates are available in purities of 99.5% and 99.8%, making them suitable as support plates for high-temperature furnaces. Customers can perform further processing after purchase, allowing for customization of both dimensions and thickness to meet specific requirements. Most importantly, when you purchase ceramic boards from WEIERT, you will not incur any additional costs for molds, as we provide them free of charge.
Additionally, we can manufacture alumina Tubes with a diameter of 500 mm and a height of 1000 mm, as well as large-sized ceramic components.
