(2024) mettent en lumi\u00e8re les m\u00e9canismes se produisant lors du contact entre les creusets en MgO et les bains fondus de superalliages \u00e0 base de nickel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:22px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-reaction-processes\"><strong>Processus de r\u00e9action<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fusion du Ni pur : le creuset en MgO pr\u00e9sente principalement une bonne mouillabilit\u00e9 avec peu de r\u00e9actions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fusion d\u2019alliages \u00e0 base de Ni : le MgO se dissout et se d\u00e9compose en lib\u00e9rant de l\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne, lequel r\u00e9agit avec l\u2019Al de l\u2019alliage pour former de l\u2019Al\u2082O\u2083;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u2019Al\u2082O\u2083 form\u00e9 r\u00e9agit ensuite avec la matrice de MgO pour former une couche de spinelle MgAl\u2082O\u2084 d\u2019environ 80 \u03bcm d\u2019\u00e9paisseur.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-layer-characteristics\"><strong>Caract\u00e9ristiques des couches<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La surface interne du creuset d\u00e9veloppe une structure bicouche compos\u00e9e d\u2019un substrat MgO r\u00e9siduel et d\u2019une couche externe Al\u2082O\u2083\/MgAl\u2082O\u2084;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les analyses SEM et XRD confirment la formation de spinelle et mettent en \u00e9vidence des couches de laitier flottant dans le bain fondu, susceptibles de devenir des inclusions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-\"><strong> <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:16px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-advantages\"><strong>Avantages \/ ma\u00eetrise du proc\u00e9d\u00e9<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>R\u00e9duction maximale de la porosit\u00e9 du creuset afin de limiter l\u2019infiltration du m\u00e9tal fondu;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Diminution de la teneur en Al dans le bain et maintien de la temp\u00e9rature de fusion \u22641 550 \u00b0C pour restreindre la cin\u00e9tique de r\u00e9action.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-\"><strong> <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:16px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>R\u00e9sultats de validation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par rapport aux creusets standards, la conception de Weiert Ceramics a permis de r\u00e9duire l\u2019\u00e9paisseur de la couche de r\u00e9action d\u2019environ 45 % et de diminuer la teneur en inclusions de laitier flottant d\u2019environ 50 %. Les observations microscopiques ont montr\u00e9 une surface de bain nettement plus propre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:16px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-summary\"><strong>Synth\u00e8se<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>La r\u00e9action interfaciale entre les creusets en MgO et les superalliages \u00e0 base de nickel constitue un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne \u00e0 double tranchant : elle peut stabiliser la paroi du creuset tout en risquant de contaminer l\u2019alliage.
