Im Gegensatz dazu bietet hexagonales Bornitrid (hBN) mit seiner hexagonalen Gitterstruktur eine hohe Temperaturstabilit\u00e4t und kann seine Isolierleistung in extremen thermischen Umgebungen aufrechterhalten, was es zum Material der Wahl bei diesen Temperaturen macht.
