Zu den \u00fcblichen Verarbeitungsverfahren geh\u00f6ren Hei\u00dfpressen und chemische Gasphasenabscheidung (CVD). Andere Herstellungsverfahren wie das hei\u00dfisostatische Pressen (HIP) und das Spark-Plasma-Sintern (SPS) k\u00f6nnen ebenfalls eingesetzt werden.
