LED-Geh\u00e4use und Beleuchtungssysteme<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>Da die LED-Technologie immer h\u00f6here Leistungsdichten erreicht, ist ein effektives W\u00e4rmemanagement noch wichtiger geworden. AlN-Keramiksubstrate bieten die notwendige Kombination aus hoher W\u00e4rmeleitf\u00e4higkeit, thermischer Stabilit\u00e4t, geringen Ausdehnungsraten und elektrischer Isolierung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sie werden h\u00e4ufig in LED-Geh\u00e4usen f\u00fcr mittlere bis hohe Leistungen verwendet, wie Flip-Chip, eutektisches Bonden, Chip-on-Board (COB), Chip-Scale-Packaging (CSP) und Wafer-Level-Packaging (WLP).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eine effiziente K\u00fchlung tr\u00e4gt dazu bei, die Lichtausbeute zu erhalten und die Lebensdauer der LEDs zu verl\u00e4ngern.
