How Magnesia Ceramic is Made

Here is a closer look at the interesting process of producing magnesia ceramic. It all starts with a magical mineral called magnesite. Step One: Transforming Magnesite into a Powdered Form : Freeze the magnesite, then heat it until fine powder. After this powder we mix it with water and make a clay like material. This material is highly capable of being molded into whatever form and size. The material is incredibly strong and virtually indestructible when it goes through a transformation by being fired in an extremely hot kiln.

Magnesia ceramic is wear-resistant, high strength-performance and corrosion-resistant ceramics with the advantages of strong hardness, entirely-acid resisting; its wide application in friction-wear area, including garment analyses manufacturing machinery commutator product process gas welding rod etc.
